Dallas, TX (August 10, 2020) – Encore AMC Partners (EAMC) is pleased to announce that it served as the exclusive advisor and management consultancy to Newborn Advantage Surrogacy (“NAS”) in a sale transaction with Santa Monica Fertility (“SMF”), a portfolio company of Webster Equity Partners. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, NAS is a highly respected surrogacy agency with the mission of providing intended parents the best surrogates.
Over the past 15 years, NAS has grown to expand its reach on a global scale, matching intended parents with surrogates from around the world, while simultaneously creating a life advantage for newborns by helping intended parents navigate the complex web of surrogates, medical, financial and legal considerations with an experienced team who efficiently guide them with customized plans and step-by-step management of the process. These competencies are highly complementary to the emphasis on providing vertically integrated reproductive services offering egg donation, surrogacy, and IVF at Santa Monica Fertility. As a result of this combination, SMF will be positioned to continue to grow as one of the leading fertility clinics, as well as continue to expand its reach in providing comprehensively advanced fertility services and holistic care.
