- How is the referral program calculated?
The referral award is between a 1% to 3% of Encore AMC’s deal fee. We will give you a more specific idea before we get started. - What is your general sourcing criteria?
Our advisory criteria includes a) assessing attributes of the business, b) affirming ownership’s commitment to a transaction, c) performing a preliminary market assessment, and d) determining the probability of a successful outcome for the client on a risk-adjusted basis.
Generally, we work with companies with north of $2 million in profits. - Can I refer a business without introducing you to the founder, owner, CEO or key decision maker?
No, you will need to introduce us to directly to the key decision-maker to qualify for the referral award. - What happens if more than one person refers the same business?
We take referrals on a come first serve basis. Be sure to fill out the form as soon as you can so we have a record of the referral date. - What happens if Encore AMC decides to not pursue referred business?
We will be in touch with you throughout the screening process and will keep you up-to-date on our decision to engage the referred company.
