John Willett has over 40 years of experience in the technology, retail, and distribution sectors both as an operator and M&A consolidator.
Throughout that span, John became recognized as an accomplished operating executive serving in various leadership roles for Zebra Technologies, Motorola Solutions, and IBM.
While serving as Executive VP for IntelliMark, he successfully advised parent company, StaffMark, on 22 acquisitions and integrations to form one of the most successfully documented global rollups in the IT services sector.
At Encore, John brings those experiences to the forefront in M&A strategic advisory, including evaluating strategic options, identifying potential targets or buyers, and assessing the strategic rationale and fit for a proposed transaction for our clients.
