About Chris
Chris Baker has 25+ years of experience in F&A, including as a CFO, and possesses a range of financial and management expertise. In addition to being the founding partner of EAMC’s sister F&A partner firm, rinehimerbaker, which provides outsourced accounting services to EAMC’s top clients, he oversees all financial aspects of EAMC client M&A sell-side initiatives.
A CPA, Chris began his career at PwC and has held leadership roles in finance and accounting, advised at the executive level for such organizations as highly regarded, Wolters Kluwer, as well as chairing F&A outsourcer, rinehimerbaker.
Chris offices out of West Palm Beach, Florida and works closely on all transactions with Nicholas Barton, Director, M&A Finance & Analysis, who works from the firm’s HQ in Newport Beach, California.
